Value of Music

Music, no doubt, plays an important role in our life. Whether it comes to travel or spending some time alone, we all carry our own playlist. Presently, we have a huge list of music including Punjabi, jazz, English, romantic, off-beat music, and what not. Over the years, music has not only becomes far more personal but also has revolutionized a lot. In the last 50 years, music has inspired not only fans but also producers, lyricists, and artists. And we youngsters have accepted it with an open heart. Earlier we hardly have variations except hearing Hindi romantic songs like Kishore Kumar's "Fir suhani sham dhali", which even today has its own charm.
Like in the 1980s we got famous artists like Michael Jackson who created a new genre of pop music with his dance and thriller albums. And by the 1990s hip hop took music to a new level with voices of famous singers like Celine Dion, Mariah Carey. With the arrival of the 21st Century, music took an enormous deviation from its traditional point of view with the appearance of exceptional talents like Eminem, Dua Lipa, and Britney Spears. And today, we can see profuse categories of songs like Indie-pop, Dance-pop, Latin-pop, Country-pop, and so on.
While, on the one hand, we have the distinctions of music, on the other hand, we also see how people have realized the potential of the Internet to represent their inner talent on platforms like Youtube, studious who empower them to get discovered, which, in turn, led to a rise of a new category called Internet Artists. Not just this, but our way of listening to songs has changed too. From radio and TV to boombox and Spotify, the feel of listening to music is still the same.
Nevertheless, we all have different tastes in music, and we all can perceive the influence on our lives. No matter what happens, music will always be one of the most important driving aspects of humanity.
